Swing: Sets up with a tall stance at the plate with his bat over his shoulder. Minimal movement showing raw power. Young prospect shows the ability to crush the ball. Posted a 96 mph exit velocity with wood.
Fielding: Shows a steady glove at 3B, moving well laterally throwing 84 mph across the infield.
Mechanics: Sets up in the stretch rocks back and throws from a high 3/4 arm angle.
Fastball: Throws a heavy ball that was in the zone. Worked the inner half of the corner to right hand hitter 79-81 mph. Touched 82 mph.
Slider: Hard late break on the pitch that was down in the zone 73-74 mph.
Curve: Showed a sweeping action 67-68 mph
6-foot, 190 pound prospect has a strong frame with raw abilities. On the mound works out the stretch with a clean leg lift throwing with some effort from a high 3/4 arm angle. Heavy fastball low in the zone that has been as high as 84 mph. At the plate shows raw natural power registering a 93 mph exit velocity. High follow.
