Cooper Villereal: 3B/RHP, (2023) Lake Orion, MI. 6-foot, 175-pound. At the plate, Villereal showed his power in the box with a strong exit velocity of 90 mph. Begins in a balanced stance with a big load, then uses a leg kick to initiate his swing. Bat speed is average, shows uphill swing plane and level finish. He found a couple of barrels with some loud contact. Gap to gap approach. While in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 80 mph; had a clean exchange, consistent hands and rhythmic footwork. Used a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Clocked a 60 time of 7.96 at the event. On the mound, showing good arm speed he had a quick arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher who shows some effort. Even shoulders and consistent balance point. Lands open. Sat with his fastball at 77-79 mph and topped out at 80 mph; has cutting action and consistent control. Throws a 10/4 curveball (63-65) that has sweeping action.

Recorded a time of 7.83 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, sat with his fastball at 73-75 mph with a max of 75 mph. Curveball (59-60 mph).
Pitching: On the mound shows a quick motion and strong frame. Commands the zone with a fast arm. More velocity in the tank, good clean mechanics. Fastball 74-76 mph with a heavy feel. 11/5 61-62 mph. High follow.
Hitting: At the plate has a balanced stance showing a front leg lift throwing his hands at the ball. Creates some back spin on his swing while working the opposite field. Shows some raw power at the plate.

Mechanics: Steps with a small step moving to his balance and throwing downhill.
Fastball: Showed good arm side run moving in to a right hand hitter 64-68 mph. Touched 69 mph.
Curve: Slows arm on the breaking ball showing a gradual movement 47-51 mph.
Change up: Slows arm on the change up with a 3/4 arm slot 49-51 mph.
