Began in an athletic stance with a controlled compact load, then used a controlled small leg kick. Bat speed is above average, has an upward swing plane and good extension on his back foot finish. Was able to create some loud contact and found some barrels. Pull side approach. While catching, he recorded a position velocity of 74 mph during throw downs. While catching, throw downs to second were maxed at 74 mph; consistently had pop times of 2.08-2.12. (Max spin ; Avg ).
