Great footwork with a smooth glove. Arm action is really clean to go along with a strong arm across the infield. Upright stance with high hands. Gets his foot down early and gets his hands through the ball allowing for solid contact to the back side.
Jacob Gjonaj: SS, (2026) Dakota, MI. 6-foot, 155-pound proportional physical frame. (60.3 mph bat speed average). (20.4 mph hand speed average). Began in an open stance with a controlled load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed is average, uses a flat swing plane and level finish. Found a few barrels with a lot of loud contact. Line drive aggressive approach. Projectable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 79 mph; had athletic footwork, raw hands, and a quick exchange. Showed some decent accuracy to the bag with an-over-the-top slot and a short quick arm action. Athletic on the mound, had an short arm action and an over-the-top arm angle. Tilt-and-topple type pitcher who uses some effort. Displays downhill shoulders with a athletic balance point. Lands open with recoil finish.
