2.23.13 Rogers is a big strong 6-foot-2, 202-pound third baseman. He demonstrates good hands at third base. They are soft and he has good reactions. He threw the ball well with accuracy across the diamond 80+mph. Needs to improve his speed but at the corners it won't make as much of a difference. At the plate he was balanced and under control. Takes a nice swing. Hands work well. Short stride and smooth load.
