6-foot-2, 190-pound right-handed pitcher, large body frame, likely to fill out. Arm plays out of a high ¾ slot. Fastball showed finish at times 80-81 mph, touching 82. Breaking ball played at 65-67 mph.
Positional Profile: RHP
Body: 6-foot-2, 187-pounds. Tall and long limbed.
Delivery: Tall/fall delivery. Flashed some rhythm. Remains in line and lands square.
Arm Action: RH. Average arm speed, high long and loose 3/4 action.
FB: T83, 81-83 mph. Straight FB. Showed ability to control the pitch consistently.
SL: 65-66 mph. Good feel for sharp sweeping slider. Throws for strikes at FB arm speed.
CH: 69-70 mph. Good feel for straight changeup. Thrown at near FB arm speed. Keeps it low and could be a swing and miss pitch as he continues to mature.
Hitting: Tall open stance with the bat over his back shoulder. Has a toe tap load making contact. Drives the ball into the left center power alley often.
Pitching: On the mound has a quick leg lift and throws from a hitting 3/4 arm angle. Commands the zone with a short arm action. Fastball sat 71-73 mph. Change up showed deception 58 mph. Curve was 50-52 mph.
