Koby Fleming: RHP/C, (2022) Allen Park, MI. 6-foot-4, 180-pound. Athletic during batting practice, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 82 mph. (59.8 mph bat speed average). (19.3 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced tall stance with a controlled load, then used a short controlled stride. Has a simple swing plane, above average bat speed and good extension on his finish. He barreled up lots of balls with some loud contact. Line drive approach. While catching, his best position velocity throwing to second was registered at 72 mph. While catching, throw downs to second topped out at 72 mph; he had a pop time of 2.09-2.30. Has above average bat speed, long short swing plane and good extension on his finish. Was able to create a lot of loud contact and found lots of barrels.Pull side approach. In the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 77 mph. Behind the plate, his best recorded velocity during throw downs was clocked at 71 mph. Behind the plate, his best position velocity throwing to second was registered at 71 mph; Recorded a pop time of 2.15-2.21. Clocked a time of 7.83 in the 60-yard dash. Athletic on the mound, had some arm speed and threw with a quick arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses some effort. In line shoulders with an athletic balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 73-74 mph with a max of 76 mph; has sinking action and very consistent control with heavy movement. Throws a tight slider (67-70) that shows swing and miss action and low in the zone control.
