Gap to gap approach. Projectable on the mound, showing good arm speed he had an over-the-top arm angle and a long arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses max effort. Has a tall balance point and uphill shoulders. Lands closed with a clean balanced finish. Throws a heavy fastball with running tilt action and arm side command. (Max spin 1995; Avg 1737). Threw a 12/6 curveball with tight action. (Max spin 1875; Avg 1829).
