RSI
The reactive strength index measurement of an athlete's explosiveness by comparing their jump height to the ground contact time in between their jumps. On a scale of 0-5.
Vertical Jump
A measure of any athlete's body strength and reach calculated from the flight time divided by the contact time.
Low stance with quiet hands. Big swing that gets through the zone. Loud contact all over the field.

Seth Hittleman: C/OF, (2027) Orchard Lake St. Mary's Prep, MI. 5-foot-7, 150-pound. (65.2 mph bat speed average). (19.0 mph hand speed average). Began in a tall balanced stance with a controlled small load, then used a short controlled stride. Through the round he found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contact. Solid from the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 76 mph; had developing hands, athletic footwork, and a natural exchange. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball one hand. Behind the plate, he recorded a position velocity of 64 mph during throw downs; had developing athletic footwork, consistent hands, and a natural developing transfer. he produced a pop time of 2.15-2.20. Average flexibility and calm setup. (Max spin ; Avg ).
