9/16/12 Powell is a strong athlete and he certainly does not get cheated. He used his stronger lower half extremely well behind the plate and at the plate. He had explosive bat speed that clocked in at a showcase best 90 mph. He has good power. At first he was sure handed and moved well around the bag. He plays for a very good state championship caliber program at Rockford.
