Hit: RHH. Square upright stance, short to contact, hard pull side line drives and ground balls, tends to flare to opposite field. 62.5 mph bat speed with 5 G's of rotational acceleration.
Power: 88 max exit velocity, averaged 75.2 mph. 289' max distance.
Arm: RH. C-70 mph.
Defense: 2.22-2.37 pop times. Balanced, average glove, works under the ball, can be late to pitch, shows mobility, good energy. Bring glove to hand, slight length in exchange, simple inline footwork on throws
ATH: 7.69 runner in the 60.
5-foot-6 athletic body with some strength. The right-handed hitter starts in a tall balanced stance. Uses good rhythm in the load. Aggressive swing that when on time shows some power to the left-center gap. 75mph exit velocity hitting off of the tee, and ran an 8.85 60-yard dash. Behind the plate he showed his athleticism and flexibility. Was able to work the zone well on fastballs, but bounced with the offspeed pitches. Footwork to second needs some refining, pop times ranged from 2.44-2.64, and threw the ball to second 56mph with inconsistent accuracy. In the infield has athletic movements, a good first step, smooth hands, and worked through the ball. Throws across the infield were inconsistent and will benefit from added arm strength.
