Average barrel contact. 82 mph exit velocity. IF- Good actions. Feet move well to ball. Good glove and fields ball out in front. Shows good range. 77 mph arm strength with average carry and on target throws. On mound- Smooth tempo in delivery. Lands slightly across body. Small stab behind. Throws from a high arm slot. Fastball is 77-80 mph topping at 81 mph. Curveball has 11/5 break with good shape and spin thrown at 66-69 mph. Change-up is thrown with inconsistent feel at 73-75 mph.
10/21/18- 5-foot-10, 170-pound right-handed hitting two-way player. 7.38 runner. Balanced, slightly open set up. Rhythm in leg lift and hand load back. Aggressive swings and lower half gets through swing. Swing plane works down to contact. Mid/pull approach with mainly line drive contact. Overall consistent barrel and swing. 83 mph exit velocity. IN- Good first step and moves well to field. Fields ball out in front. Decent glove and makes routine play. 76 mph arm strength with average carry and accuracy. On Mound- Good tempo in delivery. Balanced and good direction down mound. Throws from arm slot and longer arm action. Fastball has varying fastball action at 77-78 mph. Curveball has 11/5 break with average spin and decent shape thrown at 65-67 mph. Change-up has fade action at 71-73 mph.
7/11/18- 5-foot-10, 170-pound right-handed hitting two-way player. 7.32 runner. Balance set-up with rhythm in swing. Good athlete. Line drive pop with flashes of hard contact. Mid/pull approach and consistently finds barrel. 84 mph exit velocity. IF- Athletically moves to the ball. Fields ball out in front in good position. Average hands. 74 mph arm strength with good accuracy but lacks carry to bag. On mound- Easy delivery with short arm action. Cutting action on a 73-76 mph fastball. Curveball is thrown at 63-64 mph with good 12/6 shape. Cut action on change-up.
