6/7/16 - Jones is an athletic 6-foot 175-pound left-handed hitting outfielder from Parkway North in the St. Louis area.  He ran a 6.56 60, the fastest 60 time of the day, and a 4.20 home-to-first, top LHH time of the event.  His exit velo was 83 mph. At the plate, made consistent solid contact during practice, pull side approach, repeatable swing, short stride, some hand load, double in game action.  In the outfield, high three quarters release, works behind ball, quick catch and throw, athletic footwork, 74 mph positional velo, mostly accurate throws.

2/15/16 - Jones is an athletic 6-foot-1 175-pound left-handed hitting outfielder in Missouri’s 2017 class.  He ran a 3.99, home to first, one of top LHH times for the event, and has an exit velo of 79 mph. At the plate, athletic set up, open stance, short in-line stride, strong hands, middle to opp approach, body controlled throughout swing.  In the outfield, 73 mph positional velo, attacks ball, crow hop, over the top release, quick catch and throw.
