9/27/15 - Boren is a 5-foot-8 175-pound right-handed hitting third baseman and right-handed pitcher.  Boren ran a 7.90 60 and a 4.59 home-to-first.  At the plate, he had a 76 mph exit velo, balanced set-up, in line stride, middle to pull approach, quick hands, level path.  On the infield, 70 mph positional velo, high three-quarters release, clean exchange, quick release.  On the mound, fastball in the 74-77 mph range, 12-to-6 curveball 61-66 mph, 12-to-6 shape, bottom of zone, change-up at 67-69 mph.  Over the top release, throws with regular effort, body controlled in repeatable delivery, stays in line, athletic finish.
