1/20/14 – Harlow is a 6-foot-2 210-pound catcher that shows that he is continuing to progress. He showed a quick, clean exchange that produces pop-times between 1.99 and 2.21. His throws had carry and were consistently on the bag. He recorded a positional velo of 73 MPH from the crouch and a 7.28 60. Offensively, he starts with a balanced, athletic stance and has a simple load with a level bat path. He has a opposite field approach that consistently resulted in line drives and an exit velo of 83 MPH . As he continues to develop, he could be one of the top catchers in his class.
2/18/13: Harlow is a 6-foot, 185-pound catcher who has quiet actions behind the plate and showed good blocking skills behind the plate during bullpens, as well as fundamental receiving skills. His throws from the crouch were 68-70 mph and he had a best pop time of 2.02. At the plate, has a big load and long swing. He showed ability to hit the ball where pitches and use all fields.
