Putting together one of the most complete performances of the day, INF/OF/C Jesse Wilmes (Troy Buchanan, 2025) continues to see an uptick in his metrics across the board. Wilmes swings a strong right-handed barrel with above average hand speed that naturally elevates balls to the pullside of the field. The uncommitted senior averaged 81.9 mph per batted ball, barreling his best ball up at 96.4 mph. Defensively, Wilmes showed off his versatility, posting a 82 mph outfield velocity to go alongside 1.97-2.10 pop times from behind the plate and reliable actions on the infield.
