The Gamers product was the spark plug for his team from behind the plate. The quick twitched athlete controlled the run game with multiple thrown out runners to second. Pop time was 2.05 in between innings showing avg arm strength with carry to second base. RHH with a spray approach that looked to drive all drives to all fields.
Compact, strong catcher for the Gamers. The RHH has an aggressive line-drive swing, looking to use all fields. Showed consistent blocking ability with a strong arm and quick transfer over the weekend. Has above average flexibility behind the plate. Uncommitted.
Keaton Scott: SS/C, (2022) Hannibal, MO. 5-foot-7, 145-pound slim frame. At the plate, Scott had a max exit velocity of 77 mph. Begins in an athletic stance with a smooth load, then uses a small leg kick before his swing. Bat speed is quick, uses short swing plane and high finish. Found some barrels through his round. Line drive approach. While catching, had quick feet and transfers on his throw downs, recording a 1.97-2.15 pop time, throw downs to second topped out at 75 mph; showed quick feet, sure hands and a clean exchange. Calm setup with some flexibility. Above average while in the infield, made throws up to 77 mph; has a clean exchange, fluid feet and sure hands. Used an-over-the-top slot and a short arm action. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.35.
