Hit: RHH. Starts with a slightly open stance with a narrow base and athletic posture with hands getting set at shoulder height. Slow loads the weight into the back leg. Simple and traditional stride to a narrow base. Lower half works linearly through the zone into a firm front leg. Hands work slightly uphill and shows developing balance. Heavy rotation around the core.
Power: 78.1 max exit velocity, averaged 61.5 mph. 256’ max distance.
Arm: RH. C - 72 mph. High 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action.
Defense: Receives the ball with one knee in the dirt and feel for pitch framing. Methodical footwork out of the crouch with good direction and momentum headed towards the target. Throws showed good accuracy and carry to the bag. Late blocking position with an upright posture and good recovery skills.
