Another sophomore follow from the Liberty-area, INF Theodore Fisher (Liberty North, 2028) showed tools across the board at this event. At a projectable 6-foot-3, 168 pounds, Fisher repeatedly took intentful hacks in BP that produced elevated contact back up the middle of the field, recording a 99.9 mph max exit velocity. He also ran a 3.92 30-yard dash, one of the fastest among the underclassmen in attendance, while his 88 mph top infield velocity ranked among the best marks of the day regardless of class.
