11-17-2018:  6-foot-4, 230-pound, thick and physical frame, right-handed pitcher and first baseman.  Stood out at the showcase.  At the plate, balanced and athletic setup, small wrap in load, long leg kick.  Explosive bat speed, flat bat path, pull side approach, power bat, 88 mph exit velocity off of batting practice, the highest exit velocity at the event.  Defensively, moves well for size, soft hands, fluid foot work, clean exchange.  Long and loose arm action, over the top arm slot with carry.  Throws topped at 80 mph.  On the mound, smooth delivery, long arm action, over the top arm slot, in-line direction, balanced, athletic finish falling toward first base slightly.  Fastball 80-82 mph, slight run, big run on pitches arm-side, down in the zone for strikes.  11/5 curveball, sharp break, near fastball arm speed, 66-72 mph.  74-77 mph sinking changeup down in the zone.  4.75 home to first.

 
2/24/18 - Gwynee is a physical 6-foot-3 230-pound right-handed hitting third baseman and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2019 class. He ran a 4.75 home to first and has an 88 mph exit velocity. At the plate, balanced set up, calm load to back side with short in line stride, hands accelerate and creates quick bats speed, body stays under control, flashed pull side power.  On the infield, 80 mph positional velocity, smooth and under control, works though the ball with soft hands and clean exchange, gains ground after the catch, mostly accurate throws, some with carry. On the mound, Gwynee throws with regular effort, slight hip rotation at balance point, has a slight stab and in line stride, over the top release, fastball at 80-82 mph, breaking ball at 69-72 mph, late 11-to-5 action, 72-74 mph change up, slight sink, throws with near fastball arm speed.
