Body: 5/8, 150 pounds. Athletic frame, room for growth ahead.
Defense: Plays relaxed through the ball, catches it off his right foot, easy transfers.
Arm: L. OF - 76 mph. Long arm action, high 3/4 slot, some accuracy.
Hit: LHH. Slightly open base, sits into legs, hands at back shoulder with some barrel waggle. Small load, short stride into the plate, hands get back.. Barrel is short to ball, loose with quickness to hands, barrel gets extension through the middle, better than average barrel awareness.
Power: 85 mph exit velocity from the tee. Average bat speed.
Run: 7.43 runner in the 60.
Athletic build at 5 foot 8, 150-pounds. Left hand hitter starts with an open setup, sitting into his legs. Short stride during his load, diving into the plate. Looks to stay inside the ball with a middle of the field approach. Gets jumpy at times, causing his hands to lack some freedom through the swing. When the hands stay loose, he keeps his barrel in the zone. Exit velocity recorded at 85 mph. Short steps through the ball in the outfield, catching the ball off his right foot. Clean transfers with a long, loose arm throwing from a high ¾ slot. Positional velocity topped at 73 mph. Recorded a 7.07 in the 60.
