Eros Fernandez: OF/2B, (2023) Combine Academy, MA. 6-foot-1, 180-pound lean athletic frame. Athletic and projectable at the plate, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 90 mph. (68.0 mph bat speed average). (22.5 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then used a small stride. Bat speed was developing, had a loose uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Created loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. In the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 76 mph. Projectable and athletic while in the infield, made throws up to 73 mph; shows a clean natural exchange, developing athletic feet, and soft developing hands. Fielded the ball out front with developing athletic movement laterally. Showed a loose long arm action and a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.8. (Max spin ; Avg ).
