Feel for the barrel, keeping it in the zone. Works mostly to his pull side with a line drive approach. Exit velocity recorded at 83 mph. Athletically plays through balls in the outfield with fluid feet and average hands. Clean exchanges with a long arm action, throwing from a high ¾ slot. Accurate arm that peaked at 79 mph. Recorded a 7.49 in the 60-yard dash on a slow track.
On the mound works with a quick tempo to his delivery. Short step to the side with a compact leg lift, working slightly across his body to the plate. Arm reaches back after break, throwing from a high ¾ slot. Fastball has arm side run at 76-78 mph. Feel for his breaking ball with 1/7 tilt at 65-68 mph. Flashed at tighter breaking ball at 73 mph. Showed a changeup with near fastball arm speed at 69 mph. Strike thrower with feel for his breaking ball.
