6-foot-4, 234-pound left-handed hitting 2-way player ran a 4.50 home to first. Slightly open crouched stance, leg kick trigger, compact barrel path. Gets on the plane with the ball. Hard pull side contact during round of BP. Posted an 84 mph exit velocity off a tee. Playable actions for first base. On the mound, topped out at 79 mph from mid ¾ slot. Arm is short on the backside and long out-front, slight run action on fastball. â…› shaped breaking ball with tight spin, good depth. Avg. feel for change up in the zone. Repeats well, stays inline with athletic finish.
Started game one on the mound for CNBA. Big, athletic frame whose fastball sat 78-80 mph with heavy life and arm-side run. Curveball sat 62-64 mph with tight 2/7 shape. Clean arm action, producing plenty of swing and miss with room to gain velocity with added strength.
