Granatell has a strong and broad shouldered frame at 5-foot-11, 190-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.54 seconds. Recorded an exit velo of 90 MPH. Starts tall at the plate in a slightly open stance. Hands start away from the body, brings them down and back during his load. Uses a small, hanging stride. Present barrel awareness, lots of hard contact during an impressive BP round. Hands stay through the zone. Took reps defensively in the outfield, and recorded a top velo of 83 MPH. Attacks the ball aggressively yet under control. Made strong throws from an over-the-top arm slot.

Hands begin at shoulder height. Small stride with a toe tap. Creates pre-swing rhythm. Moves his hands down and back during his load while bringing his back elbow parallel to the ground. Smooth stroke, hit line drives to all fields. Maintains rhythm throughout. Defensively, took reps in the outfield and recorded a positional velo of 73 MPH.
