Sacred Heart University recruit. Kramer has a strong and athletic frame at 5-foot-11, 170-pounds. Starts tall on the mound with his feet directly facing the plate and towards the first base side of the rubber. Works with repeatable rhythm and tempo. Long arm action and a 3/4 slot. Even shoulder tilt as he descends the mound. Stride direction in line. Engages his backside early and rides it down the slope. From the stretch, starts tall with his feet even. Keeps same leg kick in the stretch. Fastball was 79-80 MPH and touched 81 MPH. FB was located to both sides of the plate. Curveball displayed big 11/5 shape with downer tilt at 63-65 MPH. Changeup showed both run and fade in the zone at 71-73 MPH.
