Leger has a lean, athletic build at 5-foot-10 155-pounds. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.17-seconds, exit velocity topped at 85 MPH. Offensively – starts in an athletic neutral stance with hands in line with back shoulder. Uses a foot lift and stride to start swing. Hands load straight back. Heavy on front foot as stride lands from load. Level bat path with balanced finish on follow through. Defensively – took reps from the outfield. Throws topped at 80 MPH from a high-3/4 slot. Long, loose arm action – plays through throws with momentum. Fields ball on the outside of right foot and continues through throw with some direction. Pitching – Fastball topped at 81 MPH and sat mostly 76-79. Curveball had some 12/6 spin at 64-66 MPH. Also showed a changeup at 70-71 MPH. Slow methodical start to delivery. Tall balance point, uphill shoulders going down the mound. Stiff lead leg on landing. Landing foot lands slightly closed causing him to fall off toward third base side of the rubber.
