Starts in a balanced open stance with a smooth small load, then uses a controlled stride just before his swing. Bat speed is above average, displays simple flat swing plane and level finish. Found some barrels through his rounds. Line drive approach. While in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 79 mph; shows consistent feet, a clean exchange and sure hands. Had a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.52. Above average on the mound, showed a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action with quick arm speed. Uses easy effort in his delivery. Showed athletic balance point and uphill shoulders. Lands square with a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 81-83 mph; had running action and arm side control. Has a 11/5 curveball (70-71) that shows glove side command and tight action. Has arm side control and fading action on his changeup (70-71).
