Nunez has a 5-foot-11, 180-pound athletic frame. One of the top overall prospects at the event. Projectable at the plate, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 87 mph. Started in a balanced, athletic stance with a quick load, then used a leg kick right before his swing. Shows explosive bat speed and a flat swing plane, and he ends his swing with high finish. Barreled up multiple balls during the round with some loud contact. Line drive approach. His best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 87 mph; has a clean exchange, athletic footwork and sure hands. In the infield, showed the ability to throw the ball well at 86 mph. Laterally, his movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed a short arm action with an-over-the-top slot. Easy, effortless hands - able to throw from multiple different slots. He recorded a time of 7.11 in the 60-yard dash. Athletic on the mound, he showed quick arm speed, used an over-the-top angle with a short arm action. He is a up-tempo type pitcher and uses some effort. Has uphill shoulders and a tall balance point off the mound. Lands square with an athletic finish. Displayed an athletic finish and lands square. His fastball sat 82-84 mph. His 1/7 curveball (65-67) has sinking action. He had sinking action on his changeup(77-80).
