7/16/15 – Ferraioli has a strong XL build and stands 5-foot-11. He pitches with a ¾ arm slot with a long downward swing of the arm before elbow climb. There is a lot of whip to the arm action that generates above average velocity for a left-hander entering his senior season. He pitches at 84-87 miles-per-hour and generates good run when throwing to his arm side. He showed excellent fastball command and was only hampered 3-4 times by early rotation of his upper half. His curveball is big and sweeping and ranges between 69 and 72 MPH. In this outing, he showed the ability to command it both back-foot and back-door to right-handed hitters. He has nice presence on the mound and shows a high level of compete.
