He had good carry across the diamond with a longer arm draw. Rowe showed arm strength from the outfield as well and stayed behind the ball well. 10/21/18 - Slender, 5-10, 145, Rowe has a projectable frame. He displays confident and capable infield actions. Just returning from an arm recovery program, he employed a quick exchange from a low ¾ arm angle. He maintains first step quickness, showing agility in his lateral movement and playing balls with urgency. Rowe demonstrated a feel for touch throws, while ranging left and right as well as slow rollers. He possess the skill set to be a stay at home shortstop down the line. At the plate, he is aggressive with primarily a hand load, striding to a flat foot with good separation. He has good feel for the barrel and has a solid combination of bat speed and strength which leads to quality contact.
