Physical: Strong, athletic 5-foot-10, 180lb frame. Finger Lakes CC commit and 7.59 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Wide, low postured setup getting into the legs with the hands operating calmly, flat above the shoulder. Utilized a leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat path into the hitting zone, showing lift after impact towards a high finish. Impressive rotational power, consistently on the barrel producing hard contact in the air to the LCF side of the field (46% fly ball rate via Trackman). Smooth, confident approach and worked his way up to a 353 foot batted ball distance at his peak, adding a T98 mph bat-exit velocity and true middle of the order capabilities. Featured natural sequencing at the plate and was able to hold direction throughout a connected, rhythmic move suggesting the ability to hit for some AVG down the line as well.
Defensively: The primary outfielder showed off stalking actions on his approach down through the baseball, arriving on time at a low base with a soft glove hand funneling in off the left side of his body. In command during his defensive round flashing a quick trigger from a lengthy H ¾ slot and pace that carries into game action. Throws carried with accuracy to the plate and allow for consideration at a corner spot moving forward (84 mph arm).
