Physical: Lean, projectable 5-foot-10, 155lb frame with a high-waist. 7.76 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Wide, slightly bent stance as the hands operated in rhythm at the shoulder; utilized a toe tap stride, initiating through a flat, direct path into the hitting zone. Showed feel for the top hand in the swing, getting on top of the high pitch for line drive contact through the middle of the field (56% LD rate via Trackman). Ability to hit for average in a top of the order type approach, living from gap to gap with mostly singles power at the moment (T84 mph bat-exit velocity).
Defensively: The backstop stayed under the low pitch with good posture in a traditional stance on the receive (pocket awareness). Pop times ranged from 1.98-2.08 showing lightning quick feet as the ball hit the glove. Exploded out of the stance and got through throws on the front side with good arm talent (74 mph arm, arm-side of bag).
