ENY Senior Day (10/20/18)
Galvao is a projectable, full frame 6-foot-4 215 pound RHP with wide shoulders. Pitching- He has smooth mechanics with a long arm action which he separates early before delivering the pitch. He shows feel for all three pitches around the zone. Galvao has a chance to be a impact arm at the next level with feel for his secondary offerings and a consistent low to mid 80’s FB.

Fastball Range: 82-87
CB/SL Range: 70-72
Tall with a wide frame and good project-ability. Smooth actions. Delivery has consistent tempo. Arm action is long on the backside but is smooth and repeatable. Works from a low 3/4 release point. Good extension on his finish. There's a lot in the tank for him to still tap into. Wouldn't be surprised to see him make a velo jump with added strength.

Galvao: Pitching- fastball ranging from 85-86-MPH topping out at 86-MPH with a curve sitting at 70-MPH.  
Pride Workout (February 10, 2018)
Galvao is a 6-foot-4, 207 pound Right Handed Pitcher with an impressive frame.  Pitching- Uses a balanced delivery from the stretch, high knee-lift, breaks his hands as his front leg starts to power forward. Arm-action is back and fluid, releases from a high 3/4 slot with above average arm-speed. Fastball sat 83-85 MPH with some downward angle. Curveball checked in at 71-72 with 12/6 shape and good spin. Overall, Galvao holds the tools of an easy next-level prospect.
