Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet shoulder width apart; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Lifts hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a finish around the back. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 89 MPH via Trackman. Gap to gap approach with consistent barrel direction.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while utilizing a quick first step. Hands are out in front with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle from a high 3/4 arm slot. INF - 80 MPH.
Physical: 5-foot-11, 155 pounds; Lean, athletic build. 7.23 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with a moderate leg kick for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a late one hand finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 87 MPH via Trackman. strong bat to ball abilities; 70% sweet spot rate.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; walks into ready position while showing active feet. Hands are out in front while funneling to the hip before transfer. Moderate arm circle while using various arm slots. INF - 73 MPH.
Physical: Lean, high-waisted 5-foot-9, 140lb frame (long levers). 7.35 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, shoulder-width stance with high hands operating under control to start. Utilized a pronounced leg-lift stride to initiate a flat barrel path into the hitting zone towards a deep one-handed finish. Sunk into the lower half with adjustable movements, matching plane with great accuracy en route to an 83% line drive rate (via Trackman). Natural feel for the barrel and carried comfortable swings over to game action; recorded a T85 mph bat-exit velocity and 100% sweet spot rate (tops at Jr. Future Games). Interesting follow as he continues development with above-average feel to hit.
Defensively: The primary shortstop demonstrated active feet early, working hard to the right of the ball to create angles to first base. Bent at the waist and then gained momentum after fielding, holding lower posture with a glove-tap before release (H ¾ slot, 68 mph arm).
Pitching: RHP - Began off the middle of the rubber with gradual pace to the delivery. Momentum built at the top of the stack, working in rhythm down the slope into a blocked off front-side. Repeatable delivery that allowed for strike-throwing results, as the FB landed from 70-72 mph. Showed some feel for a short 60-63 mph CB in the zone.
