Physical: 5-foot-8, 135 pounds; Slight, athletic build. 7.34 runner in the 60.
Offensively: Switch hitter. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; upright bat position. Loads straight back with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a flat swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of R85/L87 MPH via Trackman. LHH: mirrors from the left side with more of a downward swing path to contact.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands are soft while funneling to the hip before transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 75 MPH. OF - 82 MPH. OF: plays down hill through the ball routinely with fluid actions; fields the ball on the side, seamless transfer to a moderate arm action through a natural 3/4 release.
