Physical: Lean, projectable 5-foot-11, 155lb frame with strength found. 7.70 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH - Balanced, even stance with loose barrel actions at the shoulder. Utilized a short leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat, on-time path into the hitting zone towards a high two-handed finish. Stayed mostly upright in the posture as he found a consistent, lofty approach to the pull-side gap (LCF). Recorded a T79 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak en route to an 83% fly ball rate (via Trackman) good enough for occasional doubles power when getting extended (near 280 foot batted ball distance). Clean bat to ball skills with minimal swing/miss in game action, boding well as he matures and seasons the offensive profile.
Defensively: The primary backstop demonstrated a compact left knee down operation when receiving, as the glove hand showed minor hand movements at the catch. Pop times ranged from 2.42-2.50 with quick, direct footwork out of a moderate-postured setting. Got through the plate at release from a H ¾ slot (developing transfers, 68 mph arm).
Pitching: RHP - Began from the stretch-only, slightly offset from the middle of the rubber. Utilized a gradual, medium stack position, connecting to the ground at a shallow stride length for north/south movement downhill into the zone (H ¾ slot). The FB ranged from 68-70 mph to the knees, mixing a short down action 58-59 mph CB.
Physical: 5-foot-10, 155 pounds; Athletic, lean build. 7.64 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet narrow; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a short swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 79 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; static during pre-pitch while stays low while receiving. Hands are soft while funnelling to the hip before transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. 2.38-2.46 pop times. C - 64 MPH.
Pitching: Nachmann uses a center rubber setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with shoulders above the hips. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly closed. Short take back while demonstrating segmented stop and go action, while working through a low 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 69 MPH, while sitting 65-69 MPH; plays up in the zone. CB: 58-61 MPH; showed depth. CH: 64 MPH; maintains the same plain.
