Physical: Lean 5-foot-11, 145lb frame with projection. 8.03 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Upright, narrow stance at a taller posture as the hands operated quickly in rhythm. Utilized an immediate, subtle up/down stride to initiate a flat path into the hitting zone that got handsy at times in the approach. Worked into a stiff/sturdy front side at impact, producing a round filled with line drives on the barrel through the middle of the field (67% LD rate via Trackman). Moderate intent and showcased singles power at the moment with ability to continue adding strength. Top of the order type skillset with minimal swing/miss at the plate.
Defensively: The backstop featured an offset, narrow traditional crouch position, using average receiving on the corners. Pop times ranged from 2.00-2.04 with some pre-catch rhythm, replacing the feet accurately and releasing quickly from a H ¾ slot. Clean move and able to repeat, up to a 72 mph arm from his position.
Pitching: RHP - Started off the middle of the rubber with a balanced delivery. Calm and simple, working directional out towards the plate before creating some separation in the takeaway at H ¾ slot. The FB landed 78-80 mph for strikes, manipulating a CB and SL at 70-72, 66-67 respectively to give hitters different looks in advantage counts.
