Short, controlled forward stride to create separation. Keeps front side in at landing with noticeable coil into his back hip. Keeps hands tight to the body and allows barrel to work behind the ball. Swing stays level thru the zone with high finish after contact. Remains balanced throughout. Generates easy bat speed. Defensively – Controlled defensive actions. Fields with deliberate tempo and maintains body control. Light on his feet while moving laterally. Keeps upper body stacked over ball while funneling. Low ¾ release point with clean arm action.
