Physical: Projectable, high-waisted build at 6-foot-1, 170lbs. 8.32 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Began from a wide, spread out attack with the hands in rhythm at the shoulder. Utilized a quick toe-tap stride and taller posture to initiate the swing through a flat, lengthy path into the hitting zone. Hit the lower pitch well when getting the arms involved, working into a narrow/stiff front-side at impact. Recorded an 81 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak with more in the tank.
Defensively: The primary backstop alternated left-knee down and traditional setups with a developing receiving skillset. Pop times ranged from 2.37-2.56 with direct footwork and a repeatable transfer. Ran it up to 68 mph from the crouch using a short, immediate takeaway and was able to transition the chest downard to create angle on blocks.
