Physical: 5-foot-10, 163 pounds; Lean, wiry build. 7.11 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet narrow; upright bat position. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a flat swing path with a one-handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 86 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while active feet. Hands are out in front with a clean transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 77 MPH.
Pitching: Neglia uses a glove side setup while using a side step. Belt high leg drive with a slight coil away from the plate. Has a long stride while landing slightly closed. Moderate arm swing while effortless with fluidity, while working through a high 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 82 MPH, while sitting 79-80 MPH; life through the zone. SL: 72-73 MPH; short action. CH: 76-77 MPH; fading action.

Offensively: RHH. Balanced stance slightly pre loaded in the back leg with hands relaxed in front of the back shoulder; gets into the back leg before striding forward gaining ground while hands load to back side of shoulder. Strong effort from the lower half with balance; gets on plane early with a flat path through the zone. Solid contact through the middle and pull side; peak Trackman exit velocity of 83 MPH.
Defensively: Walks into ready position; Athletic footwork playing through the ball routinely. Soft glove hand fielding the ball in front with seamless transfers; Long arm swing to a 3/4 release. INF - 72 MPH.
Pitching: Short side step with a leg lift above the waist and a slight lean over the belt before getting into back side as strides out in line to a repeatable release to the glove side. Long, whippy arm action to a low 3/4 release. FB: Peak velo of 75 MPH, while sitting 73-75 MPH. Life out of the hand with a Bauer Unit of 25 and arm side run up to 18.7". CB: 64-66 MPH. Tends to back up with sharp 11-5 shape, has up to 12.2" of vertical drop and 20.5" horizontal break.
