Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; upright bat position. Extended take back of the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish. More groundballs than line drives and flyballs with a peak exit velocity of 82 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; uses prep step while playing low to the ground. Hands are underneath the body while funneling to the hip before transfer. Moderate arm circle while using various arm slots. INF - 72 MPH.
Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup while using an angled drop step. Belt high leg drive with shoulders outside the hips. Has a moderate stride while landing slightly open. Offensively: LHH. Tight armed start, as the lower half operated from a wider base, just outside the shoulders. Utilized a toe-tap stride to initiate the swing through a flat path towards a shallow two-handed finish. Some fly balls during the round, hitting the bottom of the target for a T74 mph bat-exit velocity, middle of the field approach.
Defensively: The outfielder displayed solid reads off the bat with occasional downhill at the fielding window. Gathered off his right side, releasing quickly from a fast H ¾ slot (66 mph arm, accurate). Corner OF projection down the road.
Pitching: LHP. The southpaw pounded the zone with a repeatable delivery. Controls the rocker step, getting to a balanced stack position and finding the ground firmly with the front side. Shorter, whippy arm-action from a H ¾ slot. The FB ranged 65-67 mph showing heavy arm-side run, and mixed shorter 54-56 mph CB.
