Physical: Strong, athletic 5-foot-9, 175lb frame with some feel. 7.13 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Upright, open stance with the hands resting calmly on the shoulder to start; utilized a direct lift and replace stride towards the pitcher yielding a slightly uphill, lifted path into the hitting zone. Produced tight turns on the inner half en route to a mostly pull-side approach. Able to stay connected and in the legs, working up to a T87 mph bat-exit velocity via Trackman for singles power at the moment.
Defensively: The outfielder showed good lateral movements, staying behind the ball with adequate pace during defensive evals. Fielded off the right side, funneling cleanly and released over the front-side with high intent from H ¾ slot (85 mph arm, corner OF projection).
Pitching: LHP - Started tall off the far right side of the rubber; using a quicker pace and moderate stack position before driving down the slope into footstrike. Fast H ¾ release creating some arm-side run on a 79-81 mph FB (good command, 53% zone rate via Trackman). Added a two-plane 67-69 mph CB at a 1/7 tilt in advantage counts up to T2072rpms.
Physical: Stocky, well put together 5-foot-8, 170-pound frame with feel across the board. 7.21 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Started from a bent, wide-open stance with the barrel starting “up and down” out in front of the chest line. Utilized a gather load back to the shoulder coupled with a leg hang stride in order to initiate the hands through an athletic, flat path into the hitting zone. Violent full body turn at impact yielding hard contact through the middle of the field (42% line drive rate). Showcased confidence in the bat to ball skills (76% on-plane efficiency) while recording an 84 mph peak bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball during his batting practice round. Room for more down the line as well.
Defensively: The primary outfielder arrived with precision to the fielding window from a downhill, athletic position in the posture. Soft glove hand worked through the ball off the right foot, funneling into the transfer while releasing from a quick, high ¾ slot (80 mph). Positional fit at any two of the three outfield positions.
