Hogan measured 6-2, 187 pounds at the event with a strong, athletic frame. Upperclass right-hander with size, strength, and real present stuff. Fastball worked 88-90 mph with 1813-1924 rpm, 14.5 IVB, and 12.7 HM. Velocity is the separator. Breaking ball showed at 79 mph, and the changeup worked 80-81 mph with usable separation. The fastball is already high-end for the level.
