Starr is 6’1” and a slender 155 pounds. He runs a 7.40 60 and plays OF. Offensively- Hands start at ears, weight nicely on back leg. Barrel flattens as load begins and a nice toe touch stride allows Starr’s hips to open nicely. Low, 2-handed finish, and when gets stronger his 84 MPH exit velocity with surely increase. Defensively- Approach is a bit choppy to the ball, taking away momentum from the throw. Has nice long arm action from the high ¾ arm slot and strength improvements will help 76 MPH throwing velocity.
