Physical: 6-0, 190 pounds; Sturdy, full build. 7.58 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; flat bat to start. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 92 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep hop while utilizing a quick first step. Hands are out in front with a clean transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 79 MPH.
Physical: 5-foot-11, 185 pounds; Sturdy, lean build. 8.12 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with a moderate leg kick for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing a strong lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 92 MPH via Trackman. Very active lower half with plus bat speed. High exit velos and distances. Hits the ball hard in the air.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands are out in front while funneling to the hip before transfer. Short take back from a low 3/4 arm slot. INF - 78 MPH. High energy and good hustle getting back to the bag. Good arm strength.
Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with a full coil away from the plate. Has a long stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing some scap load; standard 3/4 slot. Spins off 1B side with finish. FB: Peak velo of 80 MPH, while sitting 76-79 MPH; arm side run. CB: 67-70 MPH; sweeping lateral action. CH: 70 MPH; runs. Displayed good horizontal movement on all three pitches.
Physical: Stocky, well put together 5-foot-10, 175-pound frame with strength found in the actions and durability present. 8.01 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - The lefty started from a wide, loose stance with the hands showing rhythm high above the shoulder; utilized a toe tap stride while entering the hitting zone through a deep, flat path allowing for punch through the middle-pull side of the field. Hit into a stiff front side and liked to get leveraged on pitches middle-in, got the hands going early with a feel for the top hand. Recorded an impressive 87 mph bat-exit velocity giving way to a 46% line drive rate; a 79% on-plane efficiency points towards present bat to ball skills, which led to consistency at the plate.
Defensively: The primary middle infielder arrived to the fielding window with average footwork, beta the ball to the spot getting into a low postured position, fielded off the left side of his body with a trusted glove hand out in front, funneled into the belt and released from a loose, high ¾ slot (71 mph). Will stick at second base for the time being, as the defense gives way to the hit tool first and foremost.
Physical: Solid / stocky 5-foot-9, 160-pound frame with some strength in the movements. 8.40 runner in the 60-yard dash. Offensively: LHH. Tall, wide stance with the hands starting with quick circular rhythm flat above the shoulder in the setup. Utilized a controlled toe-tap stride to initiate the hands through a flat barrel path while using weight shift to deliver the lower half with intent towards a stiff front side. Featured a mainly line drive approach to the pull-side during batting practice, demonstrated present sink into a strong lower half with high intent on the rotation, hands worked short to the baseball while recording a peak bat-exit velocity of 85 mph according to Trackman Baseball, 55% groundball rate, 81% maximum on-plane efficiency per Blast Baseball was impressive. Defensively: The primary middle infielder showcased adequate actions defensively out of a medium-high setup on the approach, gets lower once fielding with the glove hand working semi-softly out in front of the middle of the body. Flashed short, rangy movements to the glove hand side with ability to redirect his body and finish the play, accurate high ¾ arm-slot on throws across the diamond from a short arm circle. INF - 72 mph
Physical: Lean, athletic frame. 8.63 runner in the 60; 4.88 home-to-1B.
Offensively: LHH. Tall, upright stance with a wide base, hands start high and work back on load along with a toe tap and small stride for timing Hands get on plane early, swing works on an uphill plane and gets to the ball directly. Sprays the ball all over the field. 73 MPH raw exit velocity.
Defensively: Gets low with the ball and uses choppy footwork on approach, good lateral movements. Short arm swing with a 3/4 arm slot. INF - 54 MPH.
Pitching: Starts with a short sidestep and leg lift to the waist, strides to a slightly open landing while keeping shoulders closed before pulling through a strong front side. Long arm swing with a 3/4 release. FB: T72, 66-69 MPH. Locates in the zone flashing arm side run. CH: 57-59 MPH. Maintains hand speed, fades to the arm side.
