Physical: High waisted and well proportioned, 5-foot-9, 165-pound frame with room to continue filling out as he matures. 7.53 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH. Slightly closed, tall stance with the hands showing rhythm between the shoulder and the ear in the setup. Utilized a deliberate lift and replace stride in order to initiate a short and quick, flat barrel path with lift after contact. The hands worked rapidly into the hitting zone while the lower half demonstrated present weight shift towards a stiff front side. When the barrel head got out early, could lift the ball with a high finish to the LCF gap. Recorded a top bat-exit velocity of 81 mph during batting practice according to Trackman Baseball.
Defensively: The primary catcher showcased a setup with medium depth in the crouch, adequate receiver with a semi soft glove hand at the catch point, pop times ranged from 2.07-2.15 with quick and directional straight line footwork coupled with quality catch and throw skills, the arm worked through a short, high ¾ slot with accuracy on the bag, beat the ball to either side of the plate while blocking as the glove got down into the dirt first. C - 74 mph … The third baseman showed off a moderately low center of gravity with loose actions while approaching the ball off of the middle/left side of his body. Was able to corral the ball with a semi soft glove hand throwing accurately across the diamond out of a high ¾ slot with a moderate arm circle. Made the play on the run from a multitude of arm angles. INF - 75 mph
