Stands 5-foot-7, 160-pounds with an athletic build. Slightly open stance in the box, loose hands, full fluid swing path, slightly inclined through contact. Uses a fields. Defensively, easy approach to the ball, hands are smooth and quick, clean funnel, high 3/4 slot with a strong arm across the diamond. Pitching, sound mechanically, works fast, arm-action is back, no restrictions, keeps the ball down in the zone.
Demonstrated feel for a compact, 5-foot-7, 155-pound frame with some strength. The right-handed hitter starts with an open stance with weight shaded towards the backside. A controlled toe-tap with some weight shift forward allowed for a flat, 78 mph barrel to come through the hitting zone during batting practice. Showed feel for his hands with ability to barrel the ball to all fields. Displayed a low center of gravity with solid footwork that arrived on time and played through the ball. Generated positive momentum towards the target yielding accurate 76 mph arm-strength across the diamond.
