Physical: The Dean College commit stands a lengthy 5-foot-10, 140lb frame with some projection. 8.01 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Upright, slightly backside postured stance as the hands waved in circular rhythm by the head to start. Utilized a short lift and replace stride to initiate a flat, sudden path into the hitting zone. Generated consistent pull-side contact towards a deep finish on the backside, rotating across his body some after impact. Posted a T84 mph bat-exit velocity with ability to lift for some damage at a 40% fly ball rate and near 315 foot batted ball distance (via Trackman). Doubles power on occasion when pitched on the inner half and early connection found.
Defensively: The outfielder demonstrated corner OF projection, moving to his left in rhythm with a soft glove hand presented on time from a medium posture. Bent at the waist, shuffling, shuffling before the release at H ¾ slot (77 mph arm, developing pace). Stayed behind the ball in the air with adequate reads off the bat.
