Physical: 6-foot-1, 172 pounds; Average, broad shouldered build. 7.43 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet shoulder width apart; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Extended take back of the hands with a toe-tap for timing. Drifts into contact while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a flat swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 86 MPH via Trackman.
Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; walks into ready position while quick first step. Hands are off to the side with a clean transfer. Short take back from a high 3/4 arm slot. INF - 77 MPH. OF - 63 MPH. In the infield, Manco uses a low to the ground set up and small prep steps to stay ready. The hands work underneath his body at times but remain soft as he funnels to the hip before transferring. Uses a short arm action and throws from a 3/4 slot.
